Our colleagues Jakub Chromčák and Peter Otruba took part in the PIONEER Early Career Researchers Training School 2026, held on 28 September – 1 October 2026 in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.

The international event brought together researchers from PIONEER alliance universities to explore how academic research can contribute to sustainable urban development and address real societal challenges through international teamwork.

The programme also included interactive workshops focused on building international communities and developing professional networking skills.

The event provided an opportunity to gain new insights, exchange experiences and establish contacts for future international cooperation.
