In March, the Faculty of Civil Engineering welcomed colleagues from the Gdańsk University of Technology on the occasion of launching the bilateral APVV SK-PL project IDEAS-Bridge: Identification and Detailed Evaluation AnalysiS of risk factors for BRIDGEs in service.

In technical disciplines, the Gdańsk University of Technology ranks among the top universities in Poland and continues to strengthen its position at both European and global levels.

Three departments from our faculty are involved in the project:

• Department of Structural Engineering and Bridges
• Department of Geodesy
• Department of Structural Mechanics and Applied Mathematics

🎯 What will the project bring?
The project will support the transfer of scientific knowledge in the field of analysis and evaluation of risk factors affecting the technical condition of bridge structures in Poland and Slovakia.
