Project summary:

Numerical modeling methods have recently reached a high level of sophistication. Figuratively speaking, it is possible to model practically anything numerically. Of course, errors and mistakes are always possible, so it is necessary to verify the results of numerical simulations based on the results of experimental analyses. The proposed project involves a systematic dynamic analysis of the effects of moving loads on transport structures and their surroundings in the area of creating realistic computational models of moving vehicles, building structures, and the surrounding environment in the process of their excitation and response. In the field of structures, it analyzes critical situations and critical links. It addresses issues of the propagation of deformation and stress waves in a real rock environment and their interaction with the surrounding environment. In the field of experimentation, it will involve the design of measurement chains and technological procedures for the implementation of experimental measurements. It is expected that the scientific results achieved will be compared with the results obtained at other workplaces around the world.
