From 18 to 21 May 2026, representatives of the Department of Highway and Environmental Engineering participated in the international Transport Research Arena 2026 conference held in Budapest. The conference is one of the most significant events in the field of transport research and innovation. During the conference, an oral presentation was delivered in the Digital Technologies for Pavement Condition Monitoring session. The presented results were achieved within the project NextGenerationEU – Recovery and Resilience Plan for Slovakia (No. 09I03-03-V04-00041/2024/VA). In addition, a poster presentation was presented in the Predictive Transport Solutions session. Participation in the conference provided an opportunity to present research results, establish new professional contacts, and exchange knowledge and experience with researchers and experts from around the world.
